ALPHA: The Awakening Wave (7.5-13Hz). For Super Learning,
Visualization and Creativity
The moment you close your eyes, your brain activity slows
from the rapid patterns of Beta into the more gentle waves
of Alpha. Awareness will expand and creative energy will begin
to flow. You will experience a sense of peace and well-being.
In biofeedback, Alpha training is most commonly recommended
for the treatment of stress.
THETA: The Threshold Wave (4-7 Hz) For Manifestation, Creativity,
Intuition & Memory
Theta meditation incareases creativity, enhances learning,
reduces stress and awakens intuition and other extrasensory
perception skills.
As Theta resides at the threshold of the subconscious mind,
it is associated with creativity, intuition, daydreaming,
and fantasizing and is a repository for memories, emotions,
and sensations.
DELTA: The Doorway Wave (0.5-3.5 Hz) For Healing, Expansion,
Dreamless Sleep & the Deepest Possible Meditation
Delta is the slowest of all four brain wave frequencies and
is most commonly associated with deep sleep; which is when
the body does its most profound healing and regeneration.
Delta waves are involved with our ability to integrate and
let go. They also reflect and provide access to the unconscious
mind.
The Delta brainwave state flows information from the unconscious
to the conscious mind; thus increasing mental clarilty, focus
and empowerment.
